If there’s one thing you can be certain of in social media , it’s that things will change. And change again. And again.
Fortunately, there’s almost always an infographic to help you deal with that change – so long as you see it before it’s outdated.
We hope this first infographic isn’t outdated yet, but given that it includes Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, it’s entirely possible something has changed since it was last updated on May 15 . As of the time we’re posting this, it’s fully up to date. And it seems TentSocial is bound and determined to continue updating it.
As the infographic says, it is “ridiculously exhaustive” – but that’s what makes it so freakin’ useful. Bookmark this, head over to their site and print out the PDF, do whatever you need to do. If you find this useful one time, you’ll find it useful a zillion times more. And while you won’t need to actually have photos that meet these dimensional requirements, it’s good to know what size images will show up as and how to make the most of what you have.
Given how huge that infographic is, we thought we’d share a much smaller one for our second today. It’s also quite useful, for the next time you get in a disagreement with someone, and you can’t agree on what kind of disagreement it is. Whip out this handy-dandy chart, via I Love Charts, and all will be well. Don’t know the difference between ad hominem and refutation? Worry no more.
